How do I place an order?

Ordering your new door could not be simpler, Just add chosen door design to the basket along with any optional extras

ie: Custom glass design, special colour selection ( colours Grey, Cream, and Chatwell green maufacturing process is subject to a 14 day turnaround due to the nature of step required.

 

 

Payment and Shipping

 

​We accept card payments via pay pal but are subject to 2.75% addional charge on top of the door to cover admin cost via the paypal service, For example a door costing £695.00 the charge @ 2.75% would be £19.11. We also accept BASC bank transfer you will not be charged for this payment and will speed up the process of your order

Our third-party payment processor checks your billing information against the payment account information. If these don't match, we won't accept the form of payment. Any irregularities will be reviewed by a our selfs support representative.

Funds Transfers

For some locations and currencies, we uses a third-party provider so that customers can transfer funds securely to their billing accounts. In this case, you'll send your payment to a bank account that belongs to this service provider in your country or territory, and our provider's name will appear in the account name to which we ask you to transfer your payments. The provider securely processes your payment and sends the funds to Coleshill Glazing & Locks  Ltd.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

Due to our doors being a bespoke product, we cannot exchange the door once the order has been made, please ensure you are happy with your design before processing your order, any changes made after the order will be charged accordingly. if your are unsure please contact a member of our team to guide you through your order.
